If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting return will not be accepted. Please note that if you live in a country other than Japan, it may take longer than expected for your item to be shipped.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, and plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and, once your return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
-European Union's 3-day cooling-off period-
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justifiable reason within 3 days. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, as described above. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.

We have a 14 day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
